Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please read our returns policy below.
1. Change of Mind (Non-Personalised Items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item once you’ve told us
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
2. Personalised or Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our items are handmade or personalised, these cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
This includes:
- Custom colours, sizes, names, dates, or bespoke designs
- Made-to-order items created specifically for you
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.
4. How to Return an Item

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
